Compare the purchase record

Check seller item number, roll count, declared dimensions and any supplied lot information. Photograph a discrepancy and contact the seller rather than assuming a replacement grade is equivalent.

Keep the first order limited when facts are uncertain

A smaller legitimate pack can reduce the stock commitment while the supplier resolves specification questions. We do not claim that receiving a sample automatically validates printer performance.

Keep performance verification distinct

Your own authorized operational checks should follow the printer instructions. This site has not run them, measured barcode readability or certified the paper for your POS system.
